For the past week, I’ve been listening to guided meditation videos right before bed. The videos are usually about two hours long of non-stop relaxing music, sounds, and vocals. You can find all kinds of meditation videos on YouTube. Is it relaxing? Very. I am falling asleep much quicker, and I noticed I am not waking up as tired as I was.
Meditating before you sleep reduces stress, bring self-awareness, promotes emotional and mental health, and has the ability to put your mind at ease.
You can meditate at any point during the day. I choose to meditate before I sleep because I believe my brain endures the most stress right before bed.
